Pros: The majority of the residents here are nice and everyone’s yard is well maintained. Cons: Rent increases every year. Trash pickup days are inconsistent. The speed bumps are ridiculous and they keep adding MORE instead of removing them. Going over them multiple times a day every day is bad for your vehicle and if there was ever an emergency trying to get EMS/fire services through the park is going to take precious time. Nobody can be desperate enough to live in this place. We have the biggest slumlord in the state of New Jersey that runs this place. He does nothing but jack the rent to line his pockets and does absolutely nothing to help anybody out. I was in the office one day and there’s a woman who’s been on the waiting list for 10 years to have trees removed that are touching the top of her mobile home. 10 years? Why Steve Coyle?
