My 2019 Highlander wouldn't start after I was packing up to head back down state from "up north" on Monday. Had to call AAA, got into East Lansing after midnight. I called Spartan Toyota Tuesday, got an appointment to replace battery Wednesday. Sam hooked me up with a new Toyota battery and new rear brake pads, which were also needed. 2 1/4 hours later, I was back on the road. Thanks to the Spartan Toyota team for professional, timely service!

Assigned service person was great. His manager not so much. He was very short on a simple coupon question and walked away while I had a question for him. Would have been a 5 but for the rude manager.
