Before getting my Prius serviced, I was getting 53 plus miles per gallon. Since getting it serviced, my miles per gallon dropped down to 45.
Nice people, greeted me with a smile, and helped me to understand what a recall is, from Toyota.
Horrible customer service. They ensured a part would come in at a certain day and when I called on that day to make sure the part was there, the service representative said it hadn't come in. When I asked him to look just to make sure he said he would not even look in his inventory to see if they had it.
Bought a used highlander from them about 6 weeks ago, wheel bearing started going shortly after. Got me right in ordered the part and fixed it, quick and great service. Update, brought in for regular service and they where still great
