Justin Gibbs went the extra mile for us from the very beginning. We had a few must have options, and he took the time to search out the vehicles that fit. The vehicle we wanted to purchase had just been traded in two days previous and had not been detailed. Sam Shephard usually takes care of my car. But he was not available on that day and John took care of my RAV4/Hybrid. Timely diagnosis, determination of what needed to be done were communicated with me via message to my cell phone. This time his group changed differential fruild in addition to the routine service. They did a very good job.
Had a great experience at Toyota, Jordan and the rest of the team were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered questions I didn’t even know I had, and taught me a lot of cool features that are important to know when deciding to purchase a car. Their main priority was getting me in the car that was right for me and I’m loving the new car!
