David, in the service department, is very professional, friendly and follows up on a regular basis. Looks out for the customer!
It took over 1 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change! It was impossible to allow suggested additional service without agreeing to a price that was not as quoted. I would really give 0 stars. I will not be back.
I came in for my appointment and John was very polite. He greeted me when I first pulled in. I had some other issues about my car and he took the time to answer all my questions. I really did appreciate what John did for me. Hope to have John again. Thank you!
Late September 2026: I guess we’re back to one star. So, September 19th, my Prius dies, leaving me stranded an hour and a half from home. I catch a ride home and return the following day. A friend of mine and I somehow get the car running again and take it home. It dies on me leaving me stranded that Sunday. So, I try to set up a tow with my insurance. Several times I bring this car to Spartan Toyota since it is a Prius and several times they give it back. And each time it has died within the half an hour of bringing it home... read more
