This year spartan taxes took out too much money from they lady charged me 3x for filing my taxes I'm missing 155 bucks and I can't get ahold of nobody I don't know the boss or nothing so I'm not coming there next year bad experience she charged me to much for the w2 and I referred 2 friends and only got 25 bucks
Last year it was a Percentage of what your total return was. This year they charge 400$ per w2 filed and yes you sign a contract but if you use a company once and trust them so you return and then they up the fees 200% And if you have any questions, there's no g, m.
