Workouts are always a surprise and I can never guess what we’re going to do day to day. I also never feel like I’ve done one workout twice after 8 months of patronage. Great workouts with great direction.
My 14 year old son started at Spartan in October 2024. He has brought much knowledge to my son. Mark has taught him so much regarding training, lifting, nutrition, and overall fitness in his high school sports (wrestling and soccer). I highly recommend Mark as a trainer not only for high school sports but for any age. He's awesome!!

I was 46 when I joined. Mom of 2 and worked out on and off for 15 years, but never liked it and always fell off the wagon after a few months. Then I met Mark and I fell in love with CrossFit type work outs. On top of that, Spartan is not intimidating, down to earth, small class family style atmosphere. Not only do I love working out there, I have also made a ton of new friends!! Best gym ever!!!
