Lee is by far the BEST trainer out there! Spartan Fitness has changed my body completely. I’ve learned so much about proper weight lifting techniques, nutrition, and the importance of working all major muscle groups. His classes are fun, challenging, and effective. This is my 5th year at Spartan and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Lee is the best trainer out there. He practices what he preaches. He is that perfect balance of a caring trainer and one who will push you to be the best version of yourself. I have been Coming to Lee and taking Spartan classes for about 5 years now. If you are looking for a fun place to train and get in the best shape of your life, then look no further. Even if you have physical limitations Lee will modify any exercise to fit one’s specific needs.
