Be cautious if you are considering working with this owner. We've had a similar experience with Manny Garcia, who took our money and never returned. If you decide to proceed, make sure to get an invoice upfront and avoid paying any money until you receive it. It’s important not to just take his word that he will email you an invoice; that could lead to a significant mistake. For those who left five-star reviews, consider yourselves lucky!

Same as another client who posted of this owner taking money and running off- get an invoice and don't give him any money upfront- Manny Garcia did the same to us and he never returned so for the people who have posted 5 stars lucky for you! Again make sure he gives you an invoice don't settle for his word of saying he will be emailing you an invoice it will be a huge mistake!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! Manny Garcia, owner of Titan Service and Spartan Service, is a scam artist! He took over $9,500 of my money and never finished the work. I contracted him to remodel my master bath and replace flooring in hallway. We later added a few things to the second bath like change out countertop, move doorway, and paint cabinets. He told me this all would take 2-3 weeks. The first two weeks were great! We had a few delays with week 3-4 with him needing tile and flooring.
