UPDATE: Had these guys put a brand new roof on for us in Sept 2024. We watched them bust their asses for days and could not be happier with our new roof. To boot, they had to resheet the entire main house which meant 60 trips up a ladder with plywood. Not to mention all the bundles of shingles. I knew roofers worked hard, but watching them first hand gives you a new appreciation for the tenacity a job like this takes. I can't say enough of how great it was working with Lukas to replace my roof. The price was great, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and Lukas was very responsive to all the questions I had. Spartan has a great crew, they took very good care of all the landscaping around the house then spent quite a while cleaning up and ensuring no nails were left behind. Lukas and his team at Spartan Roofing did an amazing job with the installation of our new shingles. They replaced all rotted out plywood. Communication was great through the entire process. His guys did a great job of clean up around the house at the completion of the roofing job. I highly recommend them for any and all your possible roofing jobs.
Lukas and Spartan Roofing did an incredible job installing a new roof with landmark pro shingles. He was knowledgeable and professional when he came and gave us a quote explaining the whole procedure after a thorough inspection. His team arrived in the timeframe they quoted and finished the job in 2 days. Their cleanup was immaculate and every one was friendly. If you need a new roof these are your guys!
