Same this happened with me. I went there about a year ago to have 5000 invoices made up. They told me that they would have their desktop publisher go over my form and double check it for any errors. After waiting for about a 3 weeks they finally finshed them. When i went to pick them up, they had printed them with 5 words spelt wrong!!!!! Even after throwing a fit, they told me they could reprint them, but i would have to pay an addition 60 dollars for materials!!!!! After delivering ridiculously detailed instructions (over half a dozen times) with print-ready files, this company printed the wrong cover on our books, not to mention the consistent string of poor communication and unanswered questions throughout the entire process. Now, they are playing the bad economy card, rather than practicing good business and offering a number of solutions in an attempt to do the right thing.
