We called August Pool and Spa because our hot tub was not level. We have it built half way into the deck so it’s a little complicated to get anything done when there is an issue. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem then came back within the next couple days and fixed it. They will make sure the job is done right, very pleasant to work with and reasonable rates. We will continue to use them for our hot tub maintenance and repair.
We had a scary leak in our hot tub during this freezing cold winter. Matt and Team were able to temporarily fix the leak while waiting for the part. All good now, thanks to great service.
Had a great experience with August Pool. Called for an issue we had and they had the techs out in a couple of hours. Will definitely use them again.
We have been thrilled with August pools. After two other companies that couldn’t get our pools right we thought maybe it was just our pool but after talking to Matt and having the techs out we realized the others just weren’t doing the right things. They always told us the algae couldn’t be helped or we weren’t having it maintained enough but after having the same schedule with August honestly even maybe less than the others we realized they were the problem.
