If I could give more stars I definitely would. Top notch company that has provided excellent customer service and communication. Excellent service , repair, fair pricing etc . We are extremely pleased with how the owner and staff has worked with us. We are looking forward to having August Pool and Spa take care of all of our pool and spa needs going forward. I cannot say enough about George and Jeff from Augusta, pool. I called and a gentleman name. Matt answered the phone. I explained that I had a guy come to my home that did absolutely nothing to my pool but take the cover off. Try to start. It did not complete the job and walked off the job with payment. Matt said to me don’t worry we have a job in Oxford . I’d be happy to help out, I’ll send George and Jeff to open your pool, get it running I was so happy. I’ve been using August Pool & Spa for my pool maintenance needs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The team is professional, reliable, and always ensures my pool is clean and well-maintained. Matt and his staff are knowledgeable and responsible. Cedric addresses our routine maintenance and both my family and dogs are always happy to see this pleasant young man. Randy is a wiz at correcting the pool challenges we’ve experienced these past two exceedingly warm summers; he truly has a sound knowledge of pool chemistry.
