Couldn't be happier with SPARTAN POOLS. Billy and his crew are awesome, the pool and the surrounding pavers look GREAT! We have had our pool for 4 years now, Billy (owner) and his staff still treat us Great! Very responsive for all our pool and supply needs.
Spartan Pools have been my go to company for several years now. They not only open and close my pool, but have installed a beautiful liner and kept my filter system up to date with salt and a new motor. Bill and his crew are always professional and courteous.
Let me tell you i was having a panic attack that my pool wasn’t going to be installed for months or over a year and i annoyed them every week w emails asking for Updates they were always responsive kind and really efficient the weather recently has been not in their favor at all and they are still making it work as best they can to give me a back yard before summers end. These guys are amazing. They take care of everything and also explain everything while they work. Polite, experienced, and informative. I wouldn't go to any other company to open and close my pool.
Two years ago we bought a hot spa from Spartan pools, a few weeks ago the motor stopped working, I called Billy and explained the situation to him, he came out the next day and told me not to worry about anything we were still under warranty and he will take care everything, well in a week I had a new motor installed and the spa is working perfectly, while working on installing the motor he noticed that the cover wasn’t closing properly, he told me that I needed a replacement and that he would take care of it He came back a ... read more
