As a new owner of a nearly 80 yr old home, I had a drainage issue that I thought was being caused by a clogged or broken pipe. Corey arrived promptly, inspected my crawlspace and advised that the source of the issue was actually outside the house. He snaked my pipes in my front yard and confirmed the issue was tree roots in the city sewer pipes, called the city, and had the issue resolved in a few hours. Corey was great. Kind, courteous, on time and on budget. The job came out great and I was kept updated on progress as the project went on. He was more than happy to answer all the questions I had and explained everything to me. Once finished, the area he was working in was cleaned better than when he started. Legit 5 star work and service. I'll be recommending Corey to anyone looking to get plumbing work done.
Spartan plumbing is great to work with! Corey changed a valve, removed an extra pipe, and installed my new dishwasher. His pricing was reasonable and he completed everything on schedule. I will continue to use Spartan Plumbing for all future needs.
Corey was incredible to work with. I had a crack in my pipes leading into my water heater causing leaks in my crawl space and a very high water bill. He was quick and responsive with same day scheduling, provided detail on diagnostics and pricing, and sent through photos after the project was complete. It was truly a seamless process. I will be calling him for all plumbing needs in the future!
