Spartan just did its first annual "no cost" inspection the excellent water heater they installed at this time last year. The technician was professional, personable, punctual, and described all the work he was going to do and did. It is hard to imagine you will find a better plumbing company in the Miami Valley. I would give them 6-Stars if I could.

Update: Initially rather than email, I called on Thursday, November 6 at 4:01 PM to speak to a manager for final resolution. I was told everyone was in a meeting. I received a call back at 4:41 PM from Josh Ferguson. He was apologetic for the delay of contacting me and admitted he knew some of the situation, but not at all. I requested a refund but he said his financial person was gone for the day and he would check back with me. Today is Tuesday, November 11 at 4:58 PM. Absolutely awful company to work with. I hired them to come out and find a leak. They gave me an estimate of $18,000 (which I'm now finding is probably twice what I should have paid). They said it was a leaking pipe under my concrete. They jackhammered up my concrete without hanging any plastic up and so my entire house was covered in concrete dust. I hired them to fix a leak in my basement which they did with no issues, although slightly more expensive than other options in dayton. The problem however, is they just feel like door to door salesmen. During the visit, then kept trying to up sell 15k worth of piping to copper since mine is apparently a inferior material. They kept lowering the price trying to make a sale for the piping change while standing in my kitchen after fixing the leak. It was very awkward.
