A Spartan Paving truck parked close to my vehicle. After I watched the driver get out of the truck I noticed a dent in my car that was not there before the the truck arrived. I confronted the driver, he denied there was any damage, and he drove off. I took pictures of the truck poorly parked in its spot. My car now has an obvious dent and a section of missing paint.
