I recently had a new furnace installed. I have been very pleased with Mike's workmanship and the product. Mike answered my service call within two hours which was after his normal business hours. He did diagnostic tests, and then explained clearly the results. Mike gave me some options, and we determined that my best course of action would be a new furnace.
