Extremely unprofessional!!! We have tried to communicate with them regarding detention and layovers due to scheduling error, they did not respond to several emails or phone calls. Avoid doing business with them! 0 Stars if possible.
Almost 70 days since done the load , dropped at Aldi Batavia, paid lumper out of my pocket. Whole Invoice still UNPAID FOR 70 DAYS
Night dispatch not responding, told them we had a lumper they said they charge $10 for code if they pay, but they won’t pay $10 reimbursement if carrier pays for lumper. Don’t use them
