It's been an hour and they haven't even started on my trailer for 10 paper rolls. I am literally the only truck in the docks. I called after an hour and she said they'll be right there. Yeah, okay. Some dude walks out on a personal phone call, checks the chocks, walks back inside ignoring my efforts to get his attention, and another 30 minutes later we are still untouched. The dock plate hasn't gone down yet. This is ridiculous.
I pulled up right at my appointment time I checked in and had to clean out trailer before loading. The loader guy even helped me clean out my truck 💪🏾 of course I was the last truck and it was closing time.😉😁
This is for the location 6815 Yenny Lind Rd. My second time here. Very thorough walk-through, removing the seal, opening doors. Friendly staff and they helped me remove the seal. Appointment for 2:00 pm, I arrived at 9:15 am, they gave me door 4, and by 10:20 am I picked up my paperwork. There are some places to stay overnight. In my experience, everything was magnificent.
Drivers stay away from here 6 hours and still being unloaded for 8 paper rolls! Normal places with this load in and out 20 minutes this place 4 hours to get a door and now 2 hours in the door and still being unloaded like wow this is unbelievable. 8 trips in and out of the trailer with a forklift this is just straight disrespectful sure a little detention pay but that doesn’t cover the day I lost as my next load now will be closed by the time I make it there and will have to pick it up tomorrow and the delivery pushed out an... read more
