I am a person that will walk away from a place of business due to poor customer service and or quality of products. I can't praise this business enough. I purchased a Spartan mower from them almost 3 years ago. The owner trailered it to my home, they have had employees stop by on their way home to help me troubleshoot issues, the customer service at the Monticello location has ALWAYS been bar setting. They came to pick up a mower out of my back yard and didn't knock on the door when they got here, and proceeded to leave my back gate open and let all of my dogs get out.
Will have more on the mower, after I get some time in on it. As far as the dealership, class A. Spent time showing me how it works, and even delivered it! Fallow up, I went from a conventional 48" mower taking around 5.5 hrs to mow my yard. Now it takes me just under 2 hrs. My model is fuel injection, and mows like a champ. I wouldn't want to ever mow again, with a regular mower.
