Spartan Builders recently built a 4000sf family vacation home for us on the water front at Lake Anna, VA. The Co-construct process they use helped us know what was needed from us and kept Spartan on time. It also helped us know what costs were included and what options were an up-grade. The entire staff at Spartan was cordial and helpful and always kept their commitments and promises. We got a quality home for a reasonable price and would recommend that you consider Spartan Builders for your next project.
The Spartan team offered us professional, polite, and prompt service. Each team member added to our overall positive home building experience. We brought our plans and ideas and they worked with us closely to complete our beautiful lakefront home. We highly recommend Spartan Homes for a custom built, well built, quality home.
Spartan custom built us a home on Lake Anna last year. We’ve had the keys since October and are loving it. Beautiful home that we designed using another home they built as a model and adding a few upgrades/changes. Design and build process was easy. No problems with the house detected after 4 mos. We found the owner, Eric, to be honest and fair. I would highly recommend Spartan.
Spartan built our home in 2018-2019. The project was done on budget, on time with good quality materials. We have been in the home for 4 years and have had minimal issues. We would recommend using this builder for your custom home project.
