Six years after building our lakefront home with Spartan Homes, we are still absolutely thrilled with it. The quality and craftsmanship have truly stood the test of time. One memorable example of this is when we experienced a huge snow storm that caused a power outage that lasted 4–5 days, the temperature inside the home only dropped about 10 degrees, which speaks volumes about the insulation and overall build quality. Spartan Builders recently built a 4000sf family vacation home for us on the water front at Lake Anna, VA. The Co-construct process they use helped us know what was needed from us and kept Spartan on time. It also helped us know what costs were included and what options were an up-grade. The entire staff at Spartan was cordial and helpful and always kept their commitments and promises. We got a quality home for a reasonable price and would recommend that you consider Spartan Builders for your next project.

Spartan custom built us a home on Lake Anna last year. We’ve had the keys since October and are loving it. Beautiful home that we designed using another home they built as a model and adding a few upgrades/changes. Design and build process was easy. No problems with the house detected after 4 mos. We found the owner, Eric, to be honest and fair. I would highly recommend Spartan.
