TERRIBLE, TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN. NO HONOR. Spartan Home Improvement has no honor. Gave Steve a check around First of month to start project. He said he would start project on 18th. of same month. Did not hear anything for a couple of weeks so checked back to see if Steve was still in town. I did make contact but moved start of project to 25th. Day of 25th contacted each other and Steve said could not begin work. Do not use if you do not want your project started when promised.
