I recently had Spartan Home Improvement replace three dry rotted cedar post on the front of my home. They also repaired numerous other dry rot areas on the front of my home. Andy and his team were always on time, polite and very conscientious about cleaning up their work area at the end of each day. The work that was performed included, removing the cedar post and installing new post on metal bases, caulking and painting all areas that were repaired and hauling off all construction debris. Had interior painting done in a few rooms and shiplap installed as an accent on a ceiling. Everything turned out beautifully, paint crew was professional and worked cleanly!
