No communication. Missed appt and no call. Called them and they forgot(hmmm). They were in a bad traffic jam due to an accident. Said they would be here by 4. No show and no call again. Called them at 415 and went to voicemail. They then texted and said traffic still bad. Guess their phone wouldn’t work.
