I’ve been a member of Spartan gym for near 8years. The gym is clean, well maintained and has a variety of equipment which get continually updated. The group classes are well planned and challenging. The coaches Nick, Amber, Mike motivate and pushed me beyond what I ever thought I could do. You become part of this family friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Best gym around!
Joining Spartan Fitness two years ago is by far the greatest thing I could have done for my mental and physical health. Nick, Mike, Amber, and countless classmates have pushed me to reach my athletic potential and find new ways to challenge my body each and EVERY class. They cater to ALL fitness levels and are willing to work with you to meet you EXACTLY where you are. Spartan Gym has so much equipment for strength training as well as conditioning. The gym is clean, safe, and the owner is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you might have.
Gym is awesome! They’re constantly upgrading and adding new things for their customers (hello sauna!!). The classes are great too. Take one with Amber if you get a chance ;)
These guys take pride in helping people get results and help change their health.
