Great community. Great trainers. Get my butt kicked every time... and happy to show up for the next round. I'm restarting and pretty out of shape, and the trainers are right there to make sure I have good form and at the right weight.
I loved my first class here! It was far more manageable than I expected as a beginner. Can't wait to go back for the rest of this week!
