The door to door salesman is very rude. Please do not send no one else to solicit any services. Especially since we have a no soliciting sign on our door. We do not welcome your service
We have been using Spartan Electric for the last several years as our electrical subcontractor for new home construction. Kenny, Matt, Claude, and everyone we have dealt with have been amazing. Very knowledgeable and always thorough. Always keep a tidy construction site, go above and beyond, and our homeowner's have invited them back after we are finished the project for multiple additional items.
Matt, Claude and the entire team were INCREDIBLY professional, efficient, tidy and overall fantastic on our project! We had a new panel added and a heavy up to suit our generators as well as residential fans placed in our home. The process was seamless and we will absolutely use them for all our future projects.
I have a new build home and had trouble with two outlets tripping when trying to vacuum. I forgot the names of the two gentlemen (I’m SO sorry for forgetting) who came to fix this issue, but they were very persistent, and work very well together. They said normally these issues are a quick fix, but of course, mine wasn’t. They pulled several outlets and switch panels out of the wall and worked on correcting this issue for 2+ hours. Avoid this company at all cost if you plan to use them for installing an electric vehicle charger (NEMA 14-50). They installed the charger for my home ground down which I pointed out to my builder. Their response was to send a response and photo taken photo from Reddit (sad I know) stating that it can be either up or down. Which is true, but best Standards/practices state it should be ground up (on top). And it is funny how the other homes in our neighborhood have the preferred orientation.
