I have a new build home and had trouble with two outlets tripping when trying to vacuum. I forgot the names of the two gentlemen (I’m SO sorry for forgetting) who came to fix this issue, but they were very persistent, and work very well together. Avoid this company at all cost if you plan to use them for installing an electric vehicle charger (NEMA 14-50). They installed the charger for my home ground down which I pointed out to my builder. Their response was to send a response and photo taken photo from Reddit (sad I know) stating that it can be either up or down. Which is true, but best Standards/practices state it should be ground up (on top). And it is funny how the other homes in our neighborhood have the preferred orientation. Had them install a charger for our electric vehicle in our condo building garage. The charger was functional maybe 25% of the time. We were gaslit repeatedly and told that there was nothing wrong. Upon evaluation by another, much more competent company/electrician, it was found that wires were painted to appear as though installed correctly. Undoing this joke of a job took hours - would by no means, ever call upon them for any type of paid work. Would give zero stars if possible.

Unacceptable service. I will take my business elsewhere to a company that actually troubleshoots the issue to help their customers. I have a new construction home that is 2 years old. I had scheduled an appointment due to my fans turning on by themselves so I wanted them to check the wiring. The arrival window was between 8-12.
