These guys are very professional!! Brandon and Drake came today and when they left, I felt so much more confident in what was being done! Brandon explains the process very clearly so you know what is happening each step of the way! He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated! Drake has great customer service skills! He is learning as much as he can from Brandon, and will be amazing!!! Their positive attitude and work ethic is absolutely outstanding!! When they come out, you can trust the job is getting done, and done right!!
Adam did a great job in the initial assessment of the damage. Robbie and Brad did a great job assessing the damage, taking out the damaged floor, cabinets, and other material. They came out on this holiday weekend and prevented even more water damage to our house. The guys were friendly, respectful, and did an outstanding job. We hope that we don't need these services again but if we do we'll call Spartan first and we'll recommend them to anyone needing water damage and restoration services.
