Normally have a great time with the employees here, until our interaction with the new register girl Kelsie. After being put on hold over ten minutes, never returning to the phone, it took our entire drive time to the resturant until we hung up and pulled up to the window. Only to be told they closed the kitchen already because it was 10 minutes before closing. Best Fan Fair in the NW Worth the drive
Life-changing burgers! Amazing service, amazing food. These people are everyday heroes.
Got there at 750pm in the drive thru. Paid for a cheeseburger & onion rings. After a few minutes, I was told the fryer was empty & was reimbursed for the onion rings. Waited about 15 more minutes, when the employees realized i was still waiting in the drive thru. They then refunded me for the cheeseburger & I left with no food.
