Recommendedmy bcm got fried on a Friday due to hp tuners. I emailed spartan autoworx and had tons of questions. my truck would not crank and nothing worked. after I described my issues he said I need a bcm. I ordered and the bcm was here MONDAY! wow! it came over the weekend. very helpful and I will use again. sorry for so many questions lol thanks again. now my tow truck is up and running again
cleaned the throttle body on my 08 silverado but didnt know about the calibration being thrown off after someone manually pushes the flap by hand instead off using gas pedal so after truck ran like crap at 2000+ rpm called about 15 differant shops around town all pointed me to dealer so dealer said they would do the idle relearn for $165 USD??? ok last resot spartan autoworx said sure bring it in they would do it for free so came in no wait hooks up his scan tool within 3 mins the relearn was done truck runs fine so all u ch... read more

Thank you for the help. You guys rock. I put the bcm in my truck today and it runs great. Don't go anywhere else this place is the BEST.
Can't find a thing to say bad about this company or Eric. He told me what year BCM to get that was the least problematic, I did. He said to send it to him with the old BCM and they would return it same day and it would be turn-key, it was. Gauge cluster on my truck would not come on until 10-15 minutes down the road. Now, they are on immediately, as they should be. They get 10 starts!
I can't say enough about Eric with Spartan autoworx! He is truly a whiz at diagnosing and sexing problem Vehicles. Especially ciphering codes and chasing down electrical and computer based issues with modules and CPN. if you're out of options, and feeling helpless on resolving issues with a vehicle, I would call Spartan autoworx! Great customer service and high skills for reasonable prices! Save me a ton of time and money! Can't say enough about Spartan autoworx

Awesome service, Erik is super informative and helpful regarding any questions or concerns you may have. He has helped me with multiple vehicle's and I always can count on him to get me going back on the road. He'll work with you and make sure that you get exactly what you need by going over diagnostics either over the phone or via email. He genuinely wants to help and get you going the first time instead of just trying to sell you a part, and that means a lot to me.
Very kind and helped me over the phone to diagnose my vehicle thanks to him my vehicle is operational :)
