If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a vehicle from Spartan over a year and a half ago. They sold me an aftermarket warranty which they stated would cover the vehicle as I purchased it (oversized tires/lift). I wasn't provided with the fine print until after it was delivered. About six weeks later the transfer case went out and when the Jeep Dealership (Mechanic with 35+ years of experience) showed the adjuster the damage, they said it was normal wear and tear and because of the tires/lift the claim was denied. Do not buy a car from these scammers! A friend told us not too and we didn’t listen. For starters our trucks were repoed twice in one week and the car lot claims it is because the payments were due weekly instead of monthly so we got it changed and switched to auto draft, which is suspect cause it comes out a different day each month. Our tags have been expired for almost a month and this is the 4th drive out tag. We have been to the car lot everyday for the past two weeks and it is abandoned.
