I have been a customer of theirs for some time, and my experiences have consistently been excellent. I highly recommend visiting their shop, and if you require shipping, I suggest providing clear photos and a precise description of the part you need to ensure you receive the correct item.
I’m very disappointed with the refund process at Spartan 4 Toyota. The parts I ordered arrived quickly, but they didn’t fit my vehicle. When I contacted them to return the parts and request a refund, I was asked to provide photos as proof — which I did promptly. Since then, it has been a frustrating experience. I was told the refund would be handled by their accountant, who is apparently never in the office. If you want to waste your time with this place a person called Dillon who is sick of life will be available to make your life unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. One star is too much!
