I had very group training here with my friend sometimes ago. I injured myself and do not recommend!
I used to join this back in my high school year but the owner was money hunger. you can always get injured and most importantly he is always selective for who he wants to support/ share tips. He is a gatekeeper. I would not recommend this place, perhaps look around for other places
