Maintenance, Upkeep and Landscaping was very nice. Everyone minds their own place and gets along, no drama present. Also, no drama is key and there was none. Felt like home. Kudos to the Landlords/Landladies!!

1st off...If you are a convicted felon with a good job looking to make a fresh start with your kid..oh and a smoker.... don't even try here... guess this guy doesn't believe in 2nd chances!!! ... 2nd...the trailer park wasnt really all that nice anyway!! I wonder how many of his renters are convicted felons that he doesn't even know about because they weren't up front and honest about it from the start? Was looking into a rv space here ..it's ran by an older guy he kept rescheduling out meet time to pay for the lot was suppose to meet with us today 2/18/23 was gonna meet he never called us to let us know when he decided to meet when we contacted him he made all but excuses as to why he went on ahead and rented it to a friend of his ..he handled this business very poorly stay away he's bad for business his word isn't worth anything

The people in there were okay but a lot of them don't take care of their places very well a lot of cars sitting around with flat tires and junk in the yards

So its a trailer park looked more like a salvage yard or car lot ...maybe it was a trailer park under neath the trapp exterior and the dingy grey white mold coverd trailers and broke down cars ..maybe the people standing around with hands in pockets did it for me ...
