Station Athletics - CrossFit Roseland — I’ve been apart of several gyms over the past decade and the vibe at Station is awesome! They really care about the member experience with quality coaching and programming that doesn’t get bland. Community engagement is top notch! If you’re looking for that old school CrossFit vibe with new age methodology this is the place!

I am very happy to be a member of Station Athletics For Her. The coaches are awesome. Thanks for all their support and dedication. The level of strength and fitness that I’ve achieved since joining this gym has amazed me. The small group classes are fun and the coaches are willing to adjust the training to meet your individual needs. I appreciate that exercises can be tailored specifically for each woman’s abilities. My experience at the gym is all positive, the coaches are all professional and are eager to work with you. Once you join up, they will put you through some basic exercises to see what your range of fitness is and work closely with you to increase your flexibility and improve your strength. Joining the Station gym has worked wonders for me, and it can do the same for you. Come on in and give them a try, it will change your life in so many ways... Cleve
