Great environment, friendly owner, and great prices. I’m a student athlete that works out there for the price of $15 a month (a price I can afford) It does lack cardio machines other then a rower and bike but I don’t use them anyway. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting to better your fitness.
Expensive membership for basic gym, limited products and smoothies are not great.
Kind of bland, although I like the simplicity and the selection of supplements
Poor attitude and unfounded allegation against those they run afoul
