Main Issue is over a year trying to diagnose and repair . Still no reasonable explanation or repair. Side issues resolved but even with allowed discount still unreasonably priced compared to other service centers under same corporate umbrella. Staff tried to be helpful just not resolving issue and supervisor not willing to step out of the box to find the problem.
Walked in with a problem and was given prompt assistance. Staff communicated clearly, waiting room comfortable.
We got an oil change and when I came to pick it up, the car was Dead is still at the dealership. I have to come on Monday to pick it up. Hopefully they can fix the issue. Shouldn’t have a car that Will not start after you get an oil change. I have the video they said the battery was good so I don’t know what the issue is but I am not happy. And furthermore, I bought the car from you six months ago and now I’m told that I can’t get a tire rotation unless I buy tires from you. I bought the whole car from Morries.
