This is the only "gym" that has ever worked for me. I have made a new family of amazing people. It is all about variety and fun. I do Fitness and Fight with my 12 year old daughter there. Do not wait to get in shape to go - JUST GO!
Sparta!!!!!!!!! It took changing my diet six months ago for me to start 'seeing' results, but now that I have lost nearly 100# what I can clearly see is that I have been laying the ground work for the last 18 months at Sparta. I am more toned than I ever was as a teenager playing sports or in my 20s. My strength, cardio, and flexibility are getting better all the time! And I am constantly surprised as I surpass all expectations for myself. I am truly grateful for my Sparta family!
