Not happy with the service department at all. I had a bad experience with them the first time I used them and after 3 visit with my tractor they couldn't get my accessory lights to work properly and not attached properly. So I tried them again and got super high estimate for a simple oil change and wanted to charge me labor for the lights that still dont work properly and mounted incorrectly. Fast and great mechanics. They will be my go to from now on.
I brought my saw down because I needed the H & L screws adjusted on my carburetor. Needed a tune up basically. I said do not replace any parts. So anyways they replaced parts that didn't need replacing, charged me 15 minutes of labor for turning a screw a quarter turn, and the thing still isn't tuned right. Dies almost immediately when it idles. I'm just gonna buy the tiny 13 splined socket driver for 2 dollars that I need to do it myself rather than take it back and pay another 50 bucks for them take me from behind. I've ha... read more
I needed an O-ring that was not worth over a dollar, it was hard to find as it needed to be chemical resistant and super thin. These kind people went above and beyond by tracking down part numbers, cross referencing, and then actually finding something that would work off something else on their shelf. Then they took it off of their good new part and sold me just the O-ring and said they would order a replacement. I offered to buy the $60 because I would so impressed and they would not let me.
