Josh and the Team at Sparta Chevrolet were able to get my vehicle in, scanned and repaired within 2 days of the error message showing up. Their timing was great as my Traverse is equipped with a ramp and hand controls so I can drive it from my wheelchair. Unfortunately, I don't have a backup vehicle in these situations. They went above and beyond to help me out. Thank You!
Exceptional people to help you in buying a vehicle, very knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention patient! Anna Bearinger did a great job in helping me make arrangements to buy a blazer, and Rich Goebel explained the financing in great detail. Sophie Shrauger was so good at explaining and showing me the options on the blazer, such a great person to work with! JR and Josh were very helpful in any further work I needed in service.
The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, completely ignoring my concerns. I waited on hold for over an hour with no resolution to my car repairs. The service advisor clearly had no knowledge about vehicle repairs. Couldn't answer basic questions. My issue remains unresolved after speaking with service. "I felt completely disregarded and not valued as a customer. Definitely recommend going somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced.
The service dept is very knowledgeable and friendly. My visit was for oil change and tire rotation on newcpurchased vehicle
Horrible service department. Paid to get my truck diagnosed. Had the repairs completed and truck returned to me. Got 30 minutes down the road and the exact lights came on they were supposed to fix. Took it back and I was told I had to pay an additional diagnostic fee on the exact issue I already paid them to diagnose that they diagnosed incorrectly.
