I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my Buick Encore at Morrie's Chevrolet in Sparta. They did a great job. Thanks! I'll be back again when my car needs service! They also changed my transmission fluid and my engine coolant. I like Morrie's. They're friendly and easy to do business with.
Service Department staff is amazing!!!
Was told I needed a new battery. No problem as the battery was under warranty. They tried to tell me I didn't buy the battery through them which was incorrect, and irrelevant because it's a manufacturer's warranty. They also tried to give me some guff about the warranty being "my responsibility" whatever that was supposed to mean. I had to fight, but they eventually honored the warranty. This was my last time using them for anything.
