I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they said the work would be done that Thursday or Friday at the latest. Having heard nothing, I called on Friday afternoon to check in. She said the service dept would call me. They didn't. I drove by on Monday and saw my car in the lot. Still no call. So I actually went there in person after work on Monday evening and the said it was done and apologized for no communication and said they were short staffed. The work was good, but a 30 second phone call to touch base would have been nice.
They were fair and honest, did the work with reasonable speed and professionalism. They even removed a rats nest from under my hood, which is cool of them.
Clean. Nice. Friendly! My car was in and out quickly and they also reviewed for a few issues I was having!
