If you live in Sussex county or are visiting, you must check out the SAC. In addition to having a gym, they have a sauna, various workout classes, and amazing tennis lessons for kids and adults. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, I cannot say enough great things, check it out for yourself!

A TRUE GEM since being under new ownership! This is NOT JUST A GYM or just a tennis facility… this is a TRUE FITNESS CLUB. Sparta Athletic Club has the most group fitness classes you will find in our area (some of which you can’t find anywhere else). Cannot say enough wonderful things about their amazing instructors and their clean well-maintained facility. Did I mention hot saunas in their locker rooms?! Wish I had made the switch years ago.

We moved from a famous tennis academy in NJ, disappointed and confused, having absolutely no expectations. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and kind to my 10 year old who came to love tennis again and found an exceptional program for her high-level. All the tennis coaches we have worked with (in clinics or privately) are sensational, the facility is by far one of the cleanest and nicest around, with a lot of amenities. My husband and I have been members of SAC since 2016. My husband mostly uses the weight room and I enjoy all the group classes offered. Love the wide variety of group classes in the mornings. I usually take the 9 or 10 am classes after my kids are off to school. Very convenient for sit at home busy moms. I really enjoy the mat Pilates class and full body workout on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Hours are very flexible and open to all groups and ages.
