What an awful place... The apartments are nice and the Super is awesome, but that's it. If you want something done, you have to make threats. Don't ever expect your calls to be returned... I called the regional property manager in June. On September 10th she finally returned my call. They are a complete rip off... $1900 a month for an apartment in Ossining? The only advantage is that they allow dogs of any size (but have a completely ignorant breed restriction policy). They will do whatever it takes to scam you out of money.... read more
