Sold me a car last year, and now I can't tax it, because the MOT certificate has gone AWOL. Tried emailing them - no answer. Called them 5 times, the phone rings and then hangs up.
Got the car! Travelled 100 miles but was pleased . The car salesman was very polite and helpful. No hassle to purchase. On another note ... if people are spending a lot of money to buy a car... and they have travelled for a couple of hours... toilets need a revamp. Hand soap and hand towels would be great. Offering a beverage would also be a plus point.
Car purchased was fine, albeit a little grubbier than I expected. I then had a (minor) issue with it post sale however and have been completely ghosted.
My partner and I bought a VW tiguan in excellent condition from Sparshatts, the customer service provided by Jason was fantastic and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the car and understanding the extended warranty we purchased as well (which also includes cover for wear and tear which is a bonus!) couldn't reccomend them enough. This was the most money we had spent on a car (by far!) but they made us feel very confident and comfortable with our purchase.
