This dealership is one to avoid unfortunately. The service given by Andy B was simply sale driven with no investment given towards the customer which put me off buying the car of my dreams. I walked away as soon as he got irate when I contested his valuation. He resulted in telling me I was wrong and customer service was out the window. His ability to not be emotive and unprofessional was visibly clear. Avoid! I’ve been waiting since middle of April for a parcel shelf to be sent to me! Also haven't received the v5 form. The service has been completely unprofessional from Chris and I wish I’d have gone elsewhere
Avoid this company! They took my deposit and agreed a price on a car I was going to purchase. I took a day of work to go the bank to purchase the car and only for the bank telling me to phone sparshatts to confirm details I would have sent the car payment. When I spoke to Chris to confirm he told me that they are no longer going ahead with the deal they had agreed upon and want more fees.
