Pest Problem There are so many cockroaches. They say the have exterminator that come every Tuesday. Rest assured that does absolutely nothing. I see them the next day even if exterminators do come. During the summer, my ac broke and my apartment got to 90 degrees. I don’t think that’s very safe. It’s just an old apartment complex. And I am willing to pay a few hundred to get a nicer place. The only pro is that the maintenance folks are actually very fast!

Terrible flooding This used to be Waypoint at Lynnhaven. I was evicted due to excessive flooding... and the flood waters that came in were toxic. DO NOT RENT A FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT. I lost everything in that flood. Also bugs are awful, lots of roaches and ants.
