Unfortunately, my experience with this business was deeply disappointing and felt exploitative. Despite the many glowing five-star reviews, I cannot recommend this establishment—particularly for individuals undergoing IVF. I informed three different staff members that I was in the midst of an IVF cycle, with an egg retrieval scheduled within 10 days. I did the 60 min prenatal/labor induction accupressure with Emi at 39 weeks and it was a wonderful experience. Environment: I arrived 10 minutes early per their suggestion. The office is a clean, calming and welcoming space. I checked in with the cashier when I arrived and was immediately welcomed, offered tea and shown to the restroom if I wanted.
