Bad customer service when calling and doctors apparently too busy to fill out prior authorization requests.
He was my perinatologist during my pregnancy with my son three years ago. I was referred to him and only actually saw HIM for the first appointment and the c-section. I had regular appts with his nurse practioner and different interns. I know they consult with him but i didn't realize i wouldn't actually be seeing him. It's probably because my pregnancy was fairly stable.
