Was there today just for my son and I found out how rude the lady was.enough said. SPECIFICALLY ON WASHINGTON ST IN IONIA
We got right in today, waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, received the care we needed for my son's sprained ankle, and left. The registration lady was super friendly, the medical assistant was as pleasant as she needed to be, and the PA was great! They were open the day before Easter Sunday, and that was wonderful! I'm not sure why all the bad reviews.
Waste of time go somewhere else
Sat there 3 1/2 hours. First hour sat in the room. Then a PA came in for 2 min. Nurse was gonna start an iv, but couldn't hit the vein, she left,. Her shift ended an left me laying there.
