Went to walk in clinic for sinus congestion and ear congestion. Nothing complicated...the PA looked and said ears needed flushing. So in comes the same medical assistant that took my initial information. She either had a runny nose or a cold or something. Shouldn't have been working with patients. She kept wiping her nose on the back of her gloved hands! Totally disgusting. So of course she was supposed to flush out my ears. I went there on a Tuesday. My stomach was killing me the Dr came in asking me questions. Never even touched me or ordered an xray. Then told me to take Tylonal.. I really don't think I should have to pay for it. But you know I will get a Bill.

Drove all the way here with not one, but two sick babies with the understanding from their website that the walk-in is open until 5pm today. I arrived at 4:34pm to find the sign was still outside their door so I haul my two sick littles in , attempt to check in and the receptionist at the window said " we aren't taking anymore patients today, we've exceeded our limit for the day" has anyone heard of such a thing? I did not know they had a daily limit.

Today was my first time at Sparrow Walk-In Care, Carson City, and it's my new "go to" for Urgent Care. I used the on-my-way function to get my place in line and the visit was very efficient, staff were very pleasant and likable, and I felt cared about by Jenn and John.
