Receptionists were awesome , friendly and got everything figured out for me . Saw Dr Hnetynka and she was very friendly and got exactly what I needed . 5 stars
This is where my primary dr. Is and the girls here are pretty darn nice. Last month i had a sinus infection and the dr. That seen me was also very good! I have to say I like everyone except for one Dr. that i didn't care for! I didn't get her name, she was there last year, she was tall, thin and long dark brown hair. I hope she left! Didn't help with anything. She was useless.
make sure you DONT get the doctor Holly Hnetynka!!! She was extremely unprofessional she had a huge attitude right away, extremely dismissive, and woul barely let me finish a sentence. THEN when dhe sent me for blood work i was suposed to get my results in a half hour well that never happened because my number got changed in their system somehow even though they verified my number and all my info at the check in desk so it has me thinking she changed it aswell so if you end up with her for your sake ask to change doctors.
Went to walk in clinic for sinus congestion and ear congestion. Nothing complicated...the PA looked and said ears needed flushing. So in comes the same medical assistant that took my initial information. She either had a runny nose or a cold or something. Shouldn't have been working with patients. She kept wiping her nose on the back of her gloved hands! Totally disgusting. So of course she was supposed to flush out my ears.
