Every staff member has treated me well and is always polite. Dr Shafer has treated me since I was hospitalized when I had a heart attack and again when I had a stroke.When my blood pressure was very high, his NP was always available and knew how to help.

First time seeing this group of individuals who concentrate on heart health. Had positive encounters with everyone in the office, from calling for my first appointment to interactions with all care providers up to and including Dr Schafer. Everyone was helpful, engaged, and responsive. Good experience, especially when considering the seriousness of heart issues. Thank you!

Dishonest conniving lying receptionists. Get offended when you have a complaint about a doctor. The only thing they want to hear is that your Blue Cross Blue shield is still good. If I could start all over I just go to someplace else. **Update** show up today and the receptionists are too busy sharing pictures on their phones to address me standing at the window. Most unprofessional people in the business. 4 women sitting around staring at phones. Ridiculous. Can't even address a patient.

Receptionist can't even acknowledge a patient at the window when they're too busy either Facebooking or on Instagram whatever they were doing sharing pictures showing each other their screens. Well I stand there like an idiot waiting to be helped. Very unprofessional. There's a reason why it's got a 1.7 score. They need to get rid of every single office worker I've never had a good experience.
