Dishonest conniving lying receptionists. Get offended when you have a complaint about a doctor. The only thing they want to hear is that your Blue Cross Blue shield is still good. If I could start all over I just go to someplace else. **Update** show up today and the receptionists are too busy sharing pictures on their phones to address me standing at the window. Most unprofessional people in the business. 4 women sitting around staring at phones. Ridiculous. Can't even address a patient.
Receptionist can't even acknowledge a patient at the window when they're too busy either Facebooking or on Instagram whatever they were doing sharing pictures showing each other their screens. Well I stand there like an idiot waiting to be helped. Very unprofessional. There's a reason why it's got a 1.7 score. They need to get rid of every single office worker I've never had a good experience.

My husband has never ever been treated so rudely. Dr. Dhaem, who does not deserve this title, was very demeaning and rude. He treated Brian like he was a liar and acted like he was too busy to deal with another patient. Plus, my husband's supposed pulse and BP is never as good as they claimed it was there. And they claimed he was diabetic, when he is not, plus put on his record that he was taking a medication which was false. We will NEVER go back to TCI. They treat you like your trash.
I am very disappointed in the level of care I received. One year ago I had a stroke and as a result surgery to clear my carotid artery. I was referred to TCI I had one appointment a few months after my surgery, then was given a six month recheck appointment for August. After waiting 6 months the day before TCI called me to cancel, I was given a new appointment in a month...
