Went up tonight for a sleep study for my son. We set the appointment, got confirmation on the appointment got a PHONE CALL today from pre-registration, and then show up and are told to go home. I get that mistakes are made every day, but this happens when dealing with Sparrow EVERY....SINGLE....TIME, without fail.
