I needed a hair dresser that had experience and knowledge with curly hair and Sparrow Salon had several hair dressers to pick from. Grace was great and I felt heard and comfortable the whole way through the process. They also shared specific hair care routine and techniques for my hair type and cut style along with several care products to choose from. Great people and nice salon environment.
I followed my stylist to Sparrow and have kept coming back. Grace is not only skilled with scissors but so easy to talk to. Sparrow is a lovely space and I feel taken care of by everyone in the building when I visit.
This was the most amazing haircut experience I’ve ever had! Grace was soooo helpful. She explained in depth what my hair needs and how to take care of it while also having me feel and take part in doing so. She answered all of my questions and really took the time to figure what hair goals were important to me as well as finding a routine that would work best. Rachel was also helpful with information! I will definitely be going back!
