At the time, the curl cut was the best thing ever. However, right after the first wash, it kind of became my worst nightmare no matter how I styled it (I also bought every product they recommended). Top layers are TOO short and the bottom is too long. It just doesn’t look good if it’s not tied up. I walked in with how my hair is naturally, so I wish they told me my hair just isn’t suitable for this type of cut. I recently got a botched curly cut which stressed me out so much. I contacted sparrow to learn more about their services and availability and the receptionist was super professional, responsive/helpful, and nice. Luckily they had a cancellation and I was able to get a curly cut in the next hour. Angel gave me a curly cut and professionalism is an understatement. Went in skeptical, because I hadn’t cut my hair in over a year and I really didn’t have a clear idea besides a couple of pictures. But Kylah did a great job, and I came out so satisfied! She was very professional and personally cool, kept checking with me multiple times throughout the cut and made sure I was happy with every detail. Salon was neat and appointment started on time. Will totally recommend the place and Kylah’s services.
